2	Qualification	ACS and Degree from a recognized university having valid membership from the ICSI.
3	Experience	The Candidate should have an overall work experience of 3(three) years as a designated Company Secretary and adequate experience in dealing with board matters and company law /SEBI etc.
4	Age	Minimum 30 years as of 01.08.2024
5	Emoluments	Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (consolidate)
