| Experience | The Candidate should have an overall work experience of 3 (three) years as a designated Company Secretary preferably in a Listed company and adequate experience in dealing with board matters and SEBI, Stock exchange, etc |
| Age | Minimum 30 years as of 01.01.2026 |
| Emoluments for first year | Rs.1,00,000/- per month on Contract Basis under consolidated wages. |
