PRESENTATION SEMINAR PROCEDURES

Engineering college Students are permitted to undergo project work at different Stations in TNEB The Chief Engineers / Superintending Engineers (Station Heads) are empowered to accord permission to Engineering college Students to undergo Project work

Guidelines for seeking permission for Project Work

1. Request letter to be addressed to General Manager/HRD/TANGEDCO/Chennai-2
2. Seeking permission to conduct presentation (with two or three probable dates) 15 days in advance, confirming, that Hall rent will be paid
3. Hall will be booked on possible dates & will be intimated
4. Hall rent Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid (Hall will be allotted after payment & will be spared from 02.30 P.M to 4.00 P.M only)
5. It is the responsibility of the Company /Agencies for the following provision

• LCD Projector
• Laptop/Personal Computer
• Supply of Reading Material, scribbling pad, pen etc.
• Hi Tea (Optional)

After getting approval, intimation will be given for making payment by cash (or) Demand draft Drawn in favour of  “DIRECTOR/FINANCE/TANGEDCO” payable at Chennai

Hall will be booked only after payment and “ CHANGE OF DATE IS NOT PERMITTED”

Intimation will be circulated by HRD wing to the officers in the Head quarters and with in Chennai
