The Chief Engineers / Superintending Engineers (Station Heads) are empowered to accord permission to Engineering college Students to undergo In Plant Training at different Stations in TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO

Guidelines for seeking permission for In Plant Training

  1. Students must produce a bonafide letter from Principal / Head of Department from their Institutions addressed to the concerned Chief Engineer / Superintending Engineer
  2. In Plant Training fee is Rs. 500/- per candidate.
  3. In Plant Training fee is free for the SONS/ DAUGHTERS of TANGEDCO existing employee/retired employee.
  4. The duration of the training is for one week only.
  • Who can apply - Students who have completed V semester are eligible.

Contact the Concerned Chief Engineers / Superintending Engineers of Distribution circles / Thermal Power stations/ Gas turbine Stations / Sub-Stations.

  • Training at Hydel Stations are not permitted.
