Guidelines
1.Consumer can register the petition through Petition Entry menu.
2.Once the petition has been registered a petitionID will be created. The complainant shall track the petition using this petition ID and the status can be viewed using Petition Status menu.
3.In order to view the orders issued by the CGRF of concerned circle, Click the Latest Orders menu. In that page select your circle.
4.All the CGRF petitions(received via online/manual) for which order has been passed will be listed out.
5.Click the petition of your interest to download the orders passed.
